U.S.-Russia Draft Secret Peace Plan for Ukraine with Heavy Concessions
Government officials from the U.S. and Russia have reportedly been working behind the scenes to formulate a 28-point peace plan aimed at ending the war in Ukraine. The proposal, led by TRUMP envoy Steve Witkoff, is said to favor Russian interests, demanding significant concessions from Ukraine.
The plan includes ceding the remainder of the Donbas region, reducing Ukraine's armed forces by half, and recognizing Russian as an official state language. Additionally, Ukraine WOULD be required to scale back U.S. military aid. Rustem Umerov, a top advisor to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, has been briefed on the proposal, though Kyiv's acceptance remains uncertain.
